Mr. Akio Fujita, born in 1983, is a graduate from Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan. He was initially appointed at Company’s foreign holding company viz Panasonic Energy Company Ltd., Japan as Assistant Chief - Strategic Planning Section, Corporate Planning Department, Energy Solution Business Division, effective April 1, 2022.

From April 2023, his section was changed from Strategic Planning to Corporate Planning.

From April, 2024 he was elevated to the position of Personal assistant to President/CEO of Panasonic Energy Co., Ltd.

Prior to his appointment at Panasonic Energy Company Ltd., Japan he was associated with Metal One Corporation since 2007 in various capacity.

Mr, Fujtia was also associated as Senior Consultant, Kansai Unit, Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC., Japan.

Mr. Fujita is having vast experience in the field of overall planning and management in the company’s line of business.

Company has already received the consent from Mr. Akio Fujita to act as Director of the Company.

Mr. Tadasuke Hosoya, born in 1972, had completed his Bachelor of Economics in March’1995 from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan. Immediately after his graduation, he joined Matsushita Battery Industrial Co., Ltd (Panasonic Corporation). He is having vast experience in the field of Sales & Marketing for more than two decades including that of its overseas operations specially in Japan & Europe.

Mr. Hosoya was working as a Vice President, Sales and Marketing Department of the Company and with effect from September 01, 2018, he is designated as Executive Director and elevated as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company effective from April 01, 2020 uptill December 31, 2021.

Ms. Deepti Sharma, born in 1967, holds a Certificate course in "Private Equity and Capital Market Financing" from the prestigious IIM Bangalore, with specialized knowledge in these critical areas.

She has successfully completed the Financial Advisor Module test conducted by the National Stock Exchange (NSE), specifically recognized by the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI). Her areas of expertise encompass project management, financial management, risk management, implementing cost control policies, overseeing mergers and acquisitions and ensuring robust corporate governance practices.

Mr. Jayesh Mehta, born in 1961, is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is the partner of N. C. Vaishnav & Co, one of the leading firms of the Chartered Accountants in Vadodara. He has carried out variety of assignments for all types of corporates and banks.

Mr. Jayesh Mehta has been serving as member of Managing Committee of Baroda Branch and Financial Reporting Reviewers Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and He is part of Expert panel for advancement and education of Accounting Standard (AS) by ICAI, for imparting training to professionals in Corporates listed on Stock Exchanges. He is a faculty for ICAI in imparting training to students post successful completion of Chartered Accountant Course.

Mr. Srinivas Gunta, born in 1975, is a faculty member in the Strategic Management area at the Indian Institute of Management Indore since August 2010. His research interests are in the area of capability building. He is also qualified to serve as an independent director on the board of listed companies in India.

He was nominated by IIM Indore to visit Israel in 2018 to study innovation and education. He has been a key instructor for top-performing teams in the Advanced Strategic Corporate Management game from 2017 to 2022. He was shortlisted for the inaugural Teacher Innovator Award by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. He mentored the winning team in the 2014 Google Online Marketing Challenge and was recognized as the Best Professor in General & Strategic Management at the Lokmat National Education Leadership Awards in the same year. He also received the Best Teacher Award at IIM Indore in 2013 and similar honors in 2012. He was nominated as a co-authored paper for the Carolyn Dexter Award at the 2008 Annual Academy of Management Conference.

Mr. Hidefumi Fujii, born in 1972, is an accomplished strategic professional with a graduate degree in Economics from Hiroshima University.

He started his career journey with Panasonic, Japan in 1995. He has immense experience in various domains including finance, compliance, marketing, strategic Business Planning and Management Department.

His experience will greatly help for achieving further success for Panasonic Energy India Co. Ltd. being associated with the Energy Device Business Division (EDBD).
